OUR STORY

Ada's Pastries was started by Adriel Lomotey in 2017 during her sophomore year of high school. It started as a way to raise funds for her youth ministry, but quickly grew into something bigger. She's been baking since she was about nine years old, but never took it it too seriously until she joined her schools FCCLA and competed in cake decorating at the annual state conference. Since then, baking has been an outlet of creativity for her on different levels. From learning piping techniques and creating both whimsical and sophisticated designs, to experimenting with recipes frequently. Adas pastries not only creates tasty treats, but also edible pieces of art. With this business, the goal is to bring pure satisfaction and joy to every customer with each bite.
